Highly recommend for travelling families! Close to shops, restaurants and transportation. Rooms were good size and hotel had laundry facilities. Would absolutely stay again.

this is our first stay here. I loved it . the room was clean. very friendly front desk staff. Dotonbori is 10 minutes walk, a Lot of food within 2-3 minutes walk. train station is walking distance. I will come back again to this hotel.

Our room was a loft apartment - it was spacious with a dining table, and location was convenient (close to Dotonburi, and about 10min walk from Kyoto station). Service was also great - we were able to rent an AppleTV for free from the front desk.

the room is big location is good 5 mins walk form Namba station 26 D exit have elevator at the exit staff is good but need to improve the cleansing service dusts on furniture the staff will pick out the unwanted clothes and towel in the trash and leave them in the room

Spacious and great for families!

This hotel was great! Super easy walk to Dotonburi and the cool spots in Osaka. Room was spacious – my two boys and I had plenty of room. There was a kitchen and a mini kitchen and dishwasher. However, I did not travel to cook my own food in Japan. LOL. I would stay here again!

Great location, close to town yet far enough away. Rooms were spacious and clean. The people at the front desk were very helpful with transport of luggage between hotels.

This is my second Mimaru hotel stay while in Japan. This one was conveniently located near Orange Street with plenty of various shops. Also nearby is Dotonbori and Shinkaisin for additional shopping and eating. We had the room with 2 bunk beds which accommodated 4 adults comfortably.

Our family really loved this hotel. The location wad amazing and within walking distance from a lot of great shopping and eating spots. The room was spacious and clean and the kids loved playing the games in the lobby area. We will definitely use this hotel again when visiting Osaka in the future.

We were a family of 4 with two late teens and we completely loved the Aparthotel with the generous space and bunk beds. The sitting area with the long table and benches was so ideally situated that the family was able to gather and chat or share a snack whenever we were idling in the room. Definitely adds a sparkle to family time. Everything in the room was thoughtfully functional. The location was really convenient - walkable to Dotonburi and train stations, and plenty of shopping and eating places. Staff were very helpful whenever we had questions. Especially loved the fact that the team of staff manning the recep was of multiple nationalities so it adds colour to the place plus there’s always someone speaking our language so it’s reassuring since none of us spoke fluent Japanese.

We booked a family sized room for two people, and find the size comparable to North American hotel (probably much larger than a typical hotel in Japan). The hotel is clean. Staffs are friendly and helpful. It's really close to Dontonbori but a slightly longer walk to Namba station, but it's definitely doable. Thankfully, this station is really convenient for travelling short & long distance. I would definitely consider booking with MIMARU again, if we were to come back to Japan.
