Free shuttle was a plus for me. There's a konbini inside the hotel so it was great because we woke up in the middle of the night and had our favorite egg sandwich. And there's also a coin laundry and an onsen. Will definitely stay here again next time.

This hotel is located in Osaka Denden town. Pretty close to the subway. Downstairs has a convenience store, and the hotel has a laundry. It’s a comfortable hotel.

Great value & location. Fresh towels provided daily. Filling buffet breakfast in adjacent cafe/restaurant. Staff very efficient & helpful. No in room coffee or tea, but free drink machine (soft drinks & coffee) on 2F lobby. Inexpensive washer & dryer as well.

It is close to the shopping area, but I am not comfortable in our room. But all the staff are nice. They don't have a parking place for a vehicle that is bigger than a standard car. Overall, I am okay in our stay there.

A nice hotel with a huge crowd and shopping area near Namba station. It also meant that it is not a quiet place to sleep early.

We loved the drink station and bike rental. Very clean and friendly staff. I did not like how hard the mattresses were. Woke up with back pain daily. Room was too small for 4 people and luggage.

ネット予約でしたが駐車場の案内が無く、当日駐車場がどこにあるのかわからず連絡すると駐車場のご予約はお済みでしょうか？との返事が… 遠方から車で旅行に来た自分達は何も気にする事なく田舎の感覚で停められるものだと思っていたので少し焦りましたが、近くを案内していただき無事に停めることができました。

朝食は一階にあるカフェですが、普通のカフェなので、時期によっては宿泊客をカバーできず時間帯により待ち時間があります。また毎朝、部屋のカードが反応せずスタッフの方にあけてもらいました。スタッフの方は慣れているのかすぐに対応してもらえました。エレベーターが一台しかないため、結構待ちます。ベッドは硬さもちょうど良く部屋は狭いですが快適です。
