It was okay. Clean and comfortable. Loved the bath and skincare provided. But compared to other budget hotels, they have less amenities and complimentary toiletries provided. But im still satisfied overall.

Rooms were well designed with more outlets than the average Japanese hotel room and you can control all lights from the bedside. Many of the staff members spoke decent English. Wifi was pretty good. Overall a very nice stay.

仕事の出張で使用。比較的に新しい感じのホテルですので全般的にキレイな印象。アメニティは歯ブラシ以外はロビーから自由に持っていくシステム。浴室にはシャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディソープ、フェイスウォシュフォームに加えて、フェイス用、ボディ用のローションなども数種類揃っているので、急な宿泊用途でも必要最小限の買い足しで身なりが整えられるのは良いと思いました。

口コミで駅から遠いとありましたが、桜川駅からエレベーターで上がり、横のコンビニで買ってからホテルまで、通りも広くすぐだったので便利でした。ベッドも広々としていて、全体的に清潔でした。部屋にレンジが無かったので、1階ロビーにあるレンジを使ったので問題ありません。 また利用したいです。

スタッフさんの対応は良かった。 部屋の空気清浄機のお手入れランプがついていた。 喫煙ルームだった事もありますが入った瞬間から匂いがすごく気になった。 窓側のベッドは隙間風が入ってきていた。 部屋に手軽に飲めるコーヒーなどがあれば良かった。ロビーまで行くのが面倒だった。

Great service and great location, very comfortable

The hotel room was clean, and had all the amenities I’d need to freshen up and start my day. The staff was incredibly hospitable and helpful in reserving services and directing me in my travel plans even! The bed was super comfortable , but I like a hard bed. I’m also 6’ tall so this fit me perfectly. The location is great and very close to namba station, easy to get around to major attractions from there
