「Perfect if all you is a place to lay your head for the night, rooms are clean (nothing special) ensuite is small but functional, Martin is a happy host, there is limited parking which is good as the property is right obviously to of a busy junction with A12」

「Had a really nice welcome when i arrived. Room was of a good standard and reasonably priced for London Marathon compared to some places. Overall a comfortable stay. The only downside was that there was quite a lot of noise and the doors opening and closing were quite loud through the night. But it is London afterall i guess. 」

「千萬不要訂三人房，本人訂了一間三人房，房內放了一張雙人床，床旁再加一張摺床，兩旁都是牆壁了，餘下床尾不足十尺空間，地上放一個行李箱，枱上再放一個。洗手間非常狹窄，可說是沒空間轉身。 但兩位接待員非常好，我們跟他們溝通後，願意給我們多一間房，解決問題」

「Absolutely immaculate, very friendly welcome, beautiful room, beautiful view and great breakfast, cannot fault a thing, they really have thought of everything. This was a return trip for us and we will definitely visit again, thank you 」

「Excellent location, just next to the DLR Station that 10 min to Canary Whary. Room was very clean, very good to have simple breakfast and use the kitchen. I can save much from eating outside. Resonable price for london, so do not except you can get much service. Nice staff.」

「Carpets were dirty and tacky, bedding was stained and ripped, mattresses very old with springs very much felt during sleeping. Toilet sear cane off as was not fixed on at all. The apartments are part of a homeless scheme the council run. So the place is full of foreign homeless people. Avoid at all costs. 」

「Staff was extremely helpful for checking in, last minute booked and was able to call them at any point and get help. The room was modern and extremely clean. The location is right by the bus stop and the rooms were quiet. Great for a solo traveller would rebook again.」

「The room we stayed in (3) seemed brand new. It was large with a comfortable bed and excellent walk in shower. We also discovered that they did evening meals, which were good value for money, tasty and filling. The male staff we met were very efficient without being over friendly, whilst our breakfast server, female, was both.」

「Advertised as disabled accessible...external stairlift out of action, walker had to be left outside of room as bed limited access to the room and had to enter in sideways, lino was coming up, no bin in bathroom, unable to use bathroom efficiently as was too small, informed reception tv not working properly not sorted, bathroom light bulb reported due to being blown not replaced, awaiting to hear back from management as they are not on duty today (Tues 5th Sept). Took me asking three times asking...

「When I arrived it said there was a reception at the rear. There was nothing but a locked door. I was lucky that there was a fellow guest who could let me in and ring the manager. When I got in the room it was unmade from the previous guest, the sheets where dirty, there were bedsheets in the washbasin, dirty towels on the bed, the two towels that were folded up and put in the wardrobe were stained. The duvet smelled of urine. All in all very dirty and you'd be better going somewhere clean.」
