tHE ROOM WAS LIKE A 1 BDRM APARTMENT IT WAS NICE. tHE HOTEL IS A BIT OLD BUT IT IS WELL KEPT. tHE TOILET WAS A BIT LOW FOR A PERSON WITH DISABILIT ISSUES AND THE AIR WAS VERY COLD I HAD IT OFF FOR TWO DAYS AND STILL COVERED UP. STAFF WAS FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL OUR HOUSEKEEPER DID NOT SPEAK ENGLISH BUT WORKED HARD TO COMMUNICATE.

It was a great stay. Staff was friendly and helpful, location was right near Orlando downtown and the area was safe. Breakfast options were delicious and had a good variety of items. The room was spacious and clean, although the light above the kitchen was out, the fridge had a broken door shelf, and the coffee maker inside the room was dirty. I simply notified the front desk about these damages and they were kind enough to comp the parking during my stay. Overall, 9/10! I would definitely come back.

Beautiful, beautiful hotel. Staff was incredibly sweet, and breakfast was 10/10. Room was clean location was quiet and didn’t have noisy neighbors… the only thing I did not enjoy was the hot water was not as hot as I would’ve liked.. that was a bummer. Everything else was great!
