The best part was that check out was at noon. Had time to sleep in, eat breakfast, go for a walk and check out. I really enjoyed it this time. In addition, we forgot one of our luggage’s and room staff called us immediately when they found it. Thank you for the honesty. Great staff.

Just disliked I had to pay to park at a hotel I’m staying at and only the meat served was pork 8 out of 10 of the mornings. Other than that the stay was very nice and the staff was excellent, especially the breakfast crew.

The place is really nice for what you pay for. The pool is great but hot tub gets dirty quick and breakfast was good especially with different options everyday. Our main issue is the cleanliness of the hotel. The carpets in our room were really dirty. In the hallway outside of our room there was a cockroach one night and the next day there was a worm.

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The property was very clean, and the staff were extremely kind and accommodating. We especially appreciated being allowed to check in early, which was very helpful. The breakfast was okay, though it could have had a bit more variety. The main area for improvement would be the late check-out policy. We were only given an additional 45 minutes, which was difficult since our flight was much later that evening. Offering a longer late check-out option, when possible, would make the stay even more convenient for guests with later flights. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the cleanliness and excellent hospitality from the staff.

The staffs are great. Room was clean. We have everything in the room like cooking pot, towels, cups, bowls..you named it. I really like they offer water in the lobby. There are two kinds of water. One is normal cold water and another one is fruits flavor water which is very refreshing. They also have 24 hours of hot coffee and tea as well.

Breakfast was excellent. Staff very friendly. The fourth floor smelt damp in the hallway and so did my pillow cases. Rooms are huge. Water pressure in shower wasn’t great. But those things wouldn’t stop me from staying there again. The huge rooms for the price was worth it.
