So convenient to Universal that we did not have spend an arm and leg to take an Uber if we didn't want to wait for the hotel shuttle. Hotel shuttle was nice and so was the staff. Rooms were clean and there were hot choices for breakfast

The staff was very helpful and friendly. They gave us all the information we needed even scheduled our shuttle to universal which was very convenient. The breakfast was delicious and there was a variety of food. The room was always clean as well as the lobby and halls.

The staff truly were the standouts of this hotel. I had an issue with the hotel I was staying in the night before and definitely appreciated them being able to do an early check in. Don’t get me wrong the hotel is starting to show some age and had that Florida smell

This hotel was a very good value and close to restaurants, Universal Studios and highways. My only issue was the A/C which was probably low on Freon since even at the coldest setting was not very cold

My stay at this hotel was amazing, check in was easy and the staff was very professional and friendly Something that stood out for me was that when I opened the door to my room, the room smelled so clean and fresh, it smelled good and that was the first impression which I loved! The room was spacious, bed comfortable , pillows and the small fridge was a plus, I also love the fact that in the lobby there is a microwave for guests to use and since we had leftover food I was able to heat it up with no problem , great location and the free parking is a super plus!!!!! At check out Glorymar was super nice Overall, great stay and will definitely consider staying there again

The breakfast was great and the staff was accommodating. It was nice to have the shuttle to universal. The only thing I will say is our room was only cleaned once during our 5 day stay. We had to ask the front desk for sheets and towels. Otherwise recommend for budget friendly travel!

Room was clean. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was good, bacon was questionable (possible engineered...). Parking was great with plenty of room all 3 days. Couple of minuses: no microwave in the room (as we were having dinner in the room kinda inconvenient), no safe in the room and no secure room at the front desk so that everyone can see what you put there. If you are planning on going to universal - make sure you are there Thur-Sun as that are the only days you can get the tickets and reserve shuttle. Not rly complaints - just informational :)
