"Room was tiny. Nice to have a towel warmer, but accessible from shower so towel got cold before it could be used."

"Hotel room was clean, quiet and very nice. However, we did smell marijuana in the hallway one evening. We checked in late around 10pm. At the front desk, I stood in front of two women clerks who were conversing with each other while looking at a computer screen. Rather than acknowledging a customer and attending to their needs right away, they continued conversing for some time before one of them checked us in. She was not very friendly or welcoming. We had breakfast at the hotel restaurant and both the service and food were excellent."

"Everything we did was within walking distance from the Hotel, the Pier, the Restaurants, the Shopping and the Shows. It was great to walk to everywhere in great weather conditions, not having to drive deal with traffic or parking. "

"Extremely disrespectful racist and rude front desk staff. Unresponsive and dismissive management for concerns. One of the most shockingly bad hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Hilton needs to investigate this hotel. "
