「Very good hotel 」

「We had a non-smoking room, but it smelled strongly of cigarettes. I’m not sure where the smell was coming from — maybe someone had smoked in the room before us and the smell hadn’t gone away, or maybe it was coming from the neighbors. But as a non-smoker, it was really unpleasant for me, and I’m very sensitive to that smell.」

「Clean property, room was cold but that can be adjusted, some like it cold. Never got the time to swim but the gate was closed to the pool when I went out there to check it out. I supposed one needs a key or code to get in. The location is perfect and near many restaurants, stores and very close to the Tanger Outlet which is a good one. This was my 2nd stay and I will stay at this hotel again.」

「The room was not clean. The ceiling was flaking off … and still leaking over the bed! The place reeked of marijuana and the room itself was supposed to be non smoking but reeked of cigarettes smoke. The stairs and hallways were also dirty.」

「Our flight arrived later than we were expecting and by the time we left the airport, picked up our rental car and grabbed dinner, we didn't get to the hotel until after 1am. Check-in was super easy. I called to give a heads up of our late arrival and the gentleman at the front counter knew who I was right when I walked in and had everything ready to go. 「We loved our stay in this historic hotel. The room was very clean and seemed newly renovated. The staff was spectacular from the greeting to responding to all of our questions.」

「There isn't many places to stay in Jackson. This place was a great location as you were so close to the downtown area. It did need some updating and better cleaning. We were disappointed that the pool was out of order. If you are looking for something that is just a place to stay, this isn't too bad. We were in town most of the time. Jackson is a cute town and we enjoyed all the Stranger things locations!」

「Nice place, everything in excellent shape. Only issues were weak coffee the first day ( but following days it was okay) and the AC in the room. AC is a design/layout problem. It blows directly across both beds. If you like cold wind then no problem. AC unit was very quiet, fridge was quiet, internet does well, TV service in room was fine.」
