「Didn’t have breakfast there 」

「Hotel a little dated but was convenient location for our plans. Room was comfortable and clean. A/C fan a little noisy but not bad. Breakfast was good. Tamara at front desk super friendly」

「We had a wonderful room. The staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was good, with healthy choices. However, the water pressure was very low. I like a shower that will give me a bit of a massage, but the water was more of a misty rain than a shower! 」

「Convenient location to Grand Ole Opry. They cleaned & brought fresh towels daily, although sometimes they didnt come till mid afternoon. They off a hot breakfast of eggs and sausage daily. The mattress in our room was comfortable. Very satisfied with Quality Inn.」

「Nice hotel rooms. Pretty clean and the rooms are pretty spacious. The only thing I didn’t like is that I had to call the hotel twice for someone to come to the front desk to check in. And lastly, the side door on the first floor is for exiting only and not entering so it made it hard for me to bring things in and out.」

「We stayed 4 days. The location is great, but the hotel is pretty dated. I also didn’t like that house keeping never came. No fresh towels, the small garbage can was overflowing. There was an extra bag in the bottom, but I had to throw it away myself. I had to track down a maid to get extra coffee for each day. I guess for $230 per night, I expected more.」

「Bed was fine. Bathroom did not have an exhaust fan so the drywall was peeling and falling from the ceiling over the shower. The grout was moldy and needed replaced. The toilet paper holder was broken. Typical no-motel feeling. It was fine for the cost. Definitely not luxury like their website claims. Unless you want to call it redneck luxury. 」

「We stayed in the Retreat House. The room and bathroom were beautiful and sparkling clean and very spacious. The only reason I did not give this bed-and-breakfast five stars was the location. Belle Air mansion is located on a tremendously busy intersection right off the interstate. It is a MUST that you bring earplugs and an eye mask to get a good nights restful sleep otherwise you will be up all night listening to traffic. Breakfast was delicious!」

「Designated parking across from hotel is a plus. No parking fee. Walking distance to restaurants and Nissan stadium (1.3 miles). Close to downtown. Room we got has no windows. I think it’s my fault that I didn’t read description carefully. Dyson hair dryer in the room. I’ve been wanting to try it out. Feel save walking in the area. 」
