「非常有味道的老酒店，女子泡汤在三楼，每天滑雪完毕直接到隔壁泡温泉很方便，从长野车站坐大巴到Sunvelly很容易，但是下车要走一段路门口就游览车，可以开始滑雪！入住酒店建议选择早晚两餐，晚餐是传统的日式料理，我们这次住了五个晚上，每餐都有不一样的内容，非常开心，吃的很舒服！」

「A poor maintained onsen hotel! No towel and locker available in the onsen, need to bring along everything from the room! The room itself is very old and poor maintained; the dining which is just fair, don’t expect that as same kind of Food and beverage to a graded resort; fortunately a Taiwanese lady serving down there with excellent service to pull the satisfaction up a bit! 」

「There was one guy and a lady worked at the reception during my stay. The lady was very helpful and provide good Japanese service. However, the guy was not polite at all and sounds like a police when he asked us not to bring our food from breakfast to outside coffee area. This is our first time encounter impolite Japanese service. Besides he said he did not know there was a New Year Eve fireworks at Ichinose family run. 「We were here for a couple of days and had a wonderful stay! The place is kept clean, and it sits right by the ski hill. Nothing beats a soak in the hot public bath after a day of skiing. Also loved the breakfast and dinner! The gem though was the staff, who were incredibly friendly and went out of the way to help us. 」
