「Unclean and unkept」

「My room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the staff was incredibly friendly. With all things considered, this hotel was exceptional on the terms of a budget stay.」

「Physical staff not available. You have to speak with them over a computer and the Internet lags so it's an aggravating process. I spoke to 3 different staff members just to get checked in and then again to get room keys fixed because after 1 night our room keys didn't work anymore. Also, bare minimum amenities left in room for guest so if you find yourself staying here make sure you bring your own everything. Towels too because good look getting anyone to bring extras. 」

「The staff was great. Everyone was pleasant and polite. The room was great and the bed is extremely comfortable! One problem was the toilet had a leak in the tank. (Not on the floor!) it made gurgle noises thru the night. The phone & radio didn’t work. We were in the room a short time, only at night, so I didn’t bother to report it. but did give them a note when we checked out. The breakfast was excellent!! 」

「Mostly excellent. Was a bit disappointed in the fitness room, however. Several of the exercise machines were improperly configured or calibrated. Excellent fitness facilities are among my reasons for choosing Hampton Inn hotels. This is why I downgraded my evaluation from a 5 to a 4.」

「The hotel was easy to find and conveniently located. The woman at the front desk who checked us in, Tonya, was AWESOME! The time was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good and had a variety of options, including a waffle maker. The next time we’re in town, we’ll definitely stay there again」
