「The actual condo accommodation was a 10/10. Dealing with KBM management company was less than ideal and detracted from the experience. KBM sent innumerable emails and texts including a strict 11 AM check out which felt more like a "get out." The charged an additional $300/day "registration fee" that was never disclosed. 「There is no way we should have been charged for a "rollaway bed" ($39 per night). The rollaway bed was only supposed to accommodate those under 70 lbs. I don't know many adults under 70 lbs. The property was listed as sleeping 8, it only slept 6 comfortably. Lots of extra charges made our stay less than affordable. Very disappointed with the amount of money we spent vs. what we got for that price.」
