「Great stay!」

「The staff was very helpful and welcoming. The indoor pool was supposed to be heated but it was not. This would have been enjoyed since the weather was cooler and raining. 」

「Front desk staff were not friendly, when we arrived in the room and try taking shower didn’t shampoo. Requested front desk and took about more than two hours to get them and I was late for my appointment. Next day when they cleaned the room didn’t leave the coffee cups. Also had to request extra towels and they brought next morning on the check out day. Requested for and late check out for an hour they absolutely denied it, I was asking for one hour late check out.」

「This was the worse beach experience ever. The room I will say was pretty decent 3 beds. Only one room had tv, fridge too small for barely anything, not enough towels and rags. We had 5 guest and only received for 3 people. The area is very loud, people on drugs, and no respect for others who are trying to rest. On top of that there was no one at desk thru the night. When it was time to check out it took 3 hrs for anyone to come to the desk. We weren’t able to go do anything when we woke to leave...

「The hotel is rundown and the room door did not lock. Clerk refused to move me to another room with a locking door. Had to get another hotel. Did not stay and waiting on refund.」

「This place looks nothing like the pictures. It is super dirty, the mattress’s are dirty. Not family friendly, people smoking pot everywhere. There were parties going on in the rooms surrounding mine.」

「Last minute room but was surprisingly very clean inside and very quiet despite it being spring break. The bathroom looks to just been remodeled and tub very clean. The cleaners worked very hard and I think management actually cares about their property. Can’t control the people that pay for rooms but they do control the noise and smoking thank goodness. The ice machine doesn’t work but the day I was leaving learned you can go to the desk and they will provide it. The pool was very clean and...
