"Great hostel tidy and clean and comfy 🛌"

"Good sized room with immaculate, bright bathroom and 2 very comfortable double beds. Shower was high pressure and nice and hot."

"The check in was great, no problems at all, very helpful staff, it all went wrong when we came back after our night out, the TV didn’t work, spoke to the staff member at reception, all she said was there was not maintenance at that time, on returning to my room I noticed that there was no air conditioning, the hotel had put 2 electric fans in the room. Now this room was on the 24th floor and had no widows that can be opened, so you have all the heat from the other floors coming up to the 24th floor and the put 2 fans in the room to move warm air around an already very warm room, in the morning the staff where very dismissive of the fact the A/C was not working, “yes we know it’s not working but we have put some fans in the room”. So the don’t have any maintenance on site in the evening and they are not concerned about the air conditioning not working, the trip was very close the being saved by the breakfast, but no even though the breakfast was very good the bad points still marked the trip as a bad one, I will not stay in this hotel again"

"The hotel is in good location easily accessible to the local train station and buses and close to one of the biggest shopping centre In Birmingham. Staff's are very friendly and helpful. One thing I don't like the hotel name at first I wasn't sure to book or not to book. The hotel is environmentally friendly."

"Just to say I knew what I signed up to ! Sadly though what I knew was going to be a basic experience was just so so much more basic than I imagined , absolutely no room around the bed really at all would have been better pushing the bed against the wall then at least you would have had a couple more centimetres on one side ! no functioning even if small bedside table space ,impossible to hang anything on the 2 little pegs , no tea and coffee maybe that's stated but I didn't see it , boiling hot room etc etc etc no window was my choice as no other rooms and I thought I would be ok but you don't realise the comfort of a window in any room you're in ! Paid £93 which is cheap for a city centre room when others are double the price but never again , i do generally love the " Easy " brand and what they do but sadly this experience was yuk "
