"Amazing stay"

"Arrived early at the hotel, asked for early check-in (arround two hours), and was informed of fee for early check-in- $5. Very reasonable. Typical smaller room for Japanese Hotels, but clean and well-equipped. Location of hotel, a block away from Shin-Yokohama main train station, makes transportation easy. Good variety of eateries by hotel. I like to visit the attached grocery store for pre-made meals and fresh sushi platters. FYI- Hotel has microwaves for guest. This is my go-to hotel when I visit Yokohama. Another bonus- airport (Haneda and Narita) limo buses stop at the hotel. "

"I stayed for four nights and had a very comfortable stay. The room was clean, the staff were friendly, and having a washer and dryer on site was very helpful for a longer stay. The location was great—about a five-minute walk from the station, with convenience stores and restaurants nearby."

"You don’t have an elevator. It was hard because we had two Cary on suitcases. The water was not hot enough in the bathroom. "

"Host was very kind and assisted with check in and directions. For a family of three the room was honestly a little small and the full shower with vanity was a shared facility. No locks on the shower and private room doors could also be a concern as well. The host turned on the heaters and was very kind during our short stay."
