「Nice clean warm room, was a little bit of noise which was to be expected in the centre , it didn’t disturb us. Breakfast was nice and served tea/coffee at the table which was nice」

「Welcome was average, just going through the motions. Club room was furnished with some taste, although a bit of wear was showing on furniture. Bathroom fan not working, which drives me mad but I’ve given up complaining to any hotel as it’s so common. I know these things burn out easily when lights are left on permanently so it’s an occupational hazard for the hotels; I do sympathise a little. Bed very comfortable; good nights sleep and great views of the bridge. Didn’t eat breakfast as I travel...

「On whole it was great however when you book a double standard room you expect a double bed as stated on Expedia. This is not the case the room was tiny and the bed was in fact a 3/4 bed not a standard double and was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. Hotel is good location for shops, bars & transport. 」

「Welcome drinks gives a good first impression. Although no air conditioning, hotel offers fan for ventilation and that's okay for night temperture of below 20 degrees. Location close to city centre with lots of pubs and restaurants around.」

「Soundproof isn’t quiet good, especially on Saturday night when there were too many drunk ladies, they came back super late, very loud, also they tried to open my door, many times, 3am to 4am, I didn’t sleep at all.」

「Friendly staff. We had to park across the road on another site. Room clean and comfortable bed. There is no lift. We didn’t eat in the hotel. Reasonably quiet by we were woken at 6.30 on Saturday morning with unexplained noise from the roof. 」

「由火車站行去酒店約需15分鐘，但該段路是斜路，携帶行李十分不便。 我們共４人住了兩晚（兩２個房間），房間空間足夠，但花灑之水嚨頭不好開 (太緊). 還有第一晚在沐浴完後，浴簾連該支架突然跌下。另一個房間則在第二晚，門卡突然失靈！」

「I am going to celebrate my husband's wedding. The hotel is cosy and unique, it has a nice restaurant where we had dinner and breakfast during our stay, and a small library bar where you can chill with friends. The room is spacious and warm, we love this hotel.」
