「Doubletree Hilton at Cheltenham is fabulous for family trip where I ever experienced with. The staffs were very helpful for everything even I requested so much to suit for the elderly, such as shower bathroom etc. I would highly recommend the Hilton at Cheltenham for everyone.」

「Amazing stay! The hotel is fantastic in the countryside with a great walk around with great views. The room was modern and decorated beautifully to match the building architecture. The pub has a great vibe and the restaurant food was delicious (just note no dogs in the main restaurant) and service is great. Our room was quite warm which meant not getting 100% and as it’s a pub it can be noisy in the evenings/night. 」

「The overall cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, although the outside seating area could be cleared of used glasses more often. The staff, from reception to restaurant were always polite and helpful as was jousekeeping. We were impressed by management that on awakening after the fire alarm had been been deliberately set off three times during the night, a letter had been slipped under the guests doors apologising for the upset. 」

「Room large and well appointed, including a fridge. Comfortable King-size bed. Bathroom was a little small but clean We were staying for two nights and opted for drink vouchers in lieu of having room serviced. Didn't try the restaurant because we dined at a friends' place one night and our daughter had recommended some of the nearby restaurants which were very good. The staff at reception were very friendly, helpful and courteous.」

「I stayed for two nights. The room is clean and the bathroom is large and even has a bathtub. the staff knows I am travelling there for the first time, she kindly lend me a guidebook in traditional Chinese edition. That's very thoughtful. I would recommend this hotel to my friends. 」
