「When we first came the windows were leaking from the ceiling and had to just put towels in the window sill. The last two days there was no hot water for showers. This was not good since we needed showers from going to the beach. Staff were friendly though when I asked for fresh towels and coffee.」

「I arrived on Sunday Night of Memorial Day weekend and the staff were very helpful and welcoming. I didn’t know how busy the Boardwalk is over the holiday weekend, but I enjoyed myself here. After all the holiday makers left it was a very pleasant stay in Seaside! Would stay here again!」

「Room was not as described on website and when asked about the room I was told that when you “use a third party to book a room- this is what you get and no changes are allowed’. I asked if the rates work the same way………」
