「We were initially taken aback by the steep, and narrow hill on which the B&B is situated. Parking was limited, so we ended up in a car park in town. After dragging our luggage up to the residence, we were out of breath. Inside, more steps up to the room. And, oh, what a room. Not large, but lovingly kitted out with Victoria-era style fittings. The pillows are a tad thick and firm. Hard to on the neck. We slept nine hours! Breakfast is a to-go bag in a tiny in-Rom fridge. Bananas, granola bars,...

The bed was so comfortable, the bathroom was lovely and the shower - perfection. Tea and biscuits every morning and they even gave me extra, when I mentioned how much I liked them. 「Old hotel and not really clean. Hair on linen. The worst thing is no wifi connection at all because they are fixing it for days. The hotel should inform guests who want to book the hotel in advance rather than saying sorry after we arrived. Really bad experience as we are cheated.」
