Good location in town central to everything. Spacious room, but a little noisy due to hard floors in unit above. Kitchenette was well appointed.

Modern, convenient option right in town centre

The apartments were in a separate building close to hotel, but check-in was efficient, on street parking was not too difficult, and proximity to town center, restaurants and the ferry port is very convenient.

Great location and street parking available. Clean appartmebt but quite warm with the sun. Fan was available but no crosswinds when we opened the balcony. Would recommend drawing the blinds in the morning when leaving the appartment to keep cool. We cooked our own breakfast and had all necessary utensils. Good appartment.

Beautifully clean apartment within easy reach of the town for places to eat and a few minutes away from the ferry terminal. On street parking was reasonably priced. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Pleasant stay

Room was very clean and comfortable in a 1970's retro way. We didn't attempt any cooking but there seemed to be adequate provision. Could have done with a tea towel and more kitchen towel.

Excellent apt. for Oban. Close to wharf, attractions, food & pubs. We arrived @ 10 pm and staff were welcoming and knowledgable. Highly recommended!

Overnight in Oban

Great location for an overnight stop, but had a slight end of season feel to the property (which it is in September). I am sure they are going to do a zhoosh up in the offseason as parts a bit chipped/tired esp the shower stalls. I should say tho that overall the property was well cleaned and presented with helpful reception staff. Oban is a lovely wee place to visit.

No washing machine as advertised on expedia which was disappointing. The location of the apartment was great and central.

Fab stay, fresh style, clean and would stay again

Great, easy stay for our overnight business trip to Oban. We opted for the apartment for ease and it was clean, fresh and had a few shortbreads and tea and coffee. Beds were comfy and bathroom clean. I would definitely stay again if in the area. We also tried the pub downstairs for food and it was very well priced and tasty. The room had an almost balcony with a window that slides open to reveal a little bit of Oban, nice touch.

The property was on the third floor (4th floor for Americans) with no elevator. The kitchen appliances were old. When we arrived, the carpet outside the bathroom was soaking wet. We reported the problem and were given towels to lay on the floor. We thought that maintenance was going to look into the problem while we were out the next day but nothing was done. The best thing about the apartment was its location, which was walkable to shops and restaurants and to the ferry.

The check in instructions said we would be greeted on arrival. I messaged to confirm an arrival time but no one was there and no one answered the phone when we called multiple times. We eventually had to find the check in for the hotel (not the apartments) ourselves. Positives: convenient location But that’s it Negatives: No lift No air conditioning - it was so hot in the room it was like a sauna. We had to go back to reception and beg for a fan which to be honest did very little. Midges- the room window had been left open and there were midges in the room when we arrived. We had to get them out and close the window. The lack of any sort of net on the window meant we couldn’t open it for the duration of our stay. Condition of the room: run down and the bathroom was in particularly bad condition. Both the toilet roll holder and the towel rail were on the verge of falling off. There was also only half a roll of toilet paper so we had to again go to reception to get this and then walk it back down the street to the apartment. Power shower - you have to click the power on for the shower before you enter and then switch it on and these notoriously have terrible water pressure. No daily cleaning

Christmas stay 2023

Not enough cutlery, glasses. 2 rings on hob broken. Oven not keeping to temperature. Fridge constant at freezing. Tv...set by someone at adult channels. Exoected full working kitchen as advertised...which is why we exoected to be able to cook our Christmas dinner without stress! Not enough staff on duty. Broken street doorbell to our spartment.
