「This was the best night stay I've had on a last minute road trip. It was very quite, the bed was comfy and I got my deposit back in about 3 days! I wasn't expecting it because these places usually don't honor it but I did receive my deposit! That and how quite it was deserves a 5 star in my opinion!」

「Great bar, restaurant, service. Room clean, comfortable, inviting. Parking ~ well you are pretty much on your own. No valet, no garage, NO NOTHING! Space is available on the street and is not that inconvenient, just not what I expect from a class operation. That being said. I'll go back any time I'm in Topeka. 」

「This motel is very very noisy, couldn't sleep all night, very poor soundproofing, dirty and not cleaned 」

「Clean room with microwave, refrigerator, good TV. Breakfast choices good, but lacked flavor. Breakfast area very clean. Appreciated the treadmill in the gym with a TV. Staff friendly, helpful. 」

「This hotel is a favorite of me and my kids staycations. I enjoy the affordability and the kids enjoy the pool the most. They could have given us a cleaner room last stay. Our room smelled musty and there was an oily handprint on the wall above a headboard which was gross. The worker offered to move us but we had already settled in and didnt want to move everything. Breakfast is basic but good! Will continue to stay here. 」
