「I’ve wrote to the hotel three weeks before the arrival and no reply at all. When arrived, you need to call for the shuttle bus, unless other brands, this hotel shared with some other small motels and has fixed schedule that sometime doesn’t meet your schedule. 「Our family was in town for my granddaughter’s medical school graduation from Baylor. We were very pleased with this hotel, the accommodations and amenities. Everyone we met was friendly and helpful. It was convenient to all the activities we were a part of. We would definitely stay here again. 」

「Overall I would say our stay was good. Unfortunately, it was during a storm that knocked out the power for the majority of the city so we were without power all night. This was out of the property's control so I don't hold it against them. The hour or so that we had electricity was great. The room was clean and spacious and the staff were polite and helpful. We needed a shuttle to the airport and they were especially helpful in accommodating this request.」
