"The room price is a bargain with breakfast and shuttle included. With that said, the airport shuttle is ok. Prepare to wait a little bit longer than other hotels. Again, with that price, the breakfast is good you can make your own fresh warm waffle with the waffle maker. Also, there are boiled eggs, cereals, bread/bagels with cream cheese or butter. Milk, coffee, and tea. The room is clean and spacious. TIPS: ***ask for a room facing the front of the hotel and on the 2nd floor. It seems dated rooms are on the 1st floor and facing the back of the building which is directly opposite to the dog daycare ctr. Overall, I will say it is a value buy and the location is convenient for a quick overnight stay near the airport."

"Do not book here! The staff behaved discriminatory towards me after I reported their behavior to my booking company. The housekeeping staff is the wife of the manager, and she was exceptionally rude to me when I requested my room to be cleaned. There was visible mold on the A/C unit so I asked for a different room because I have asthma. I was denied a different room. The toilet backed up and they wouldn't even come fix it. They made me come downstairs to the office to get the plunger and told me to fix the toilet myself. I was yelled at by the guy that told me to fix the toilet. After I'd already paid to stay, the manager yelled me stating that I couldn't stay there anymore due to playing music all night which I didn't even do. I feel that I was treated discriminatory due to the color of my skin as well as reporting them to my booking staff. I left and found a better hotel. Do not book here!"

"I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It's extremely noisy and inconvenient located.The price of the rooms are ridiculous for the terrible service I encountered. I had to change rooms multiple times and was even sent to a room already occupied by another guest. Their rooms have mold and the TVs don't work properly. I wasn't even able to watch any channels on the TV and had to use my laptop and HDMI cable to watch my shows. The housekeeping staff is exceptionally rude. They don't actually clean the rooms and get an attitude when you ask them to. I asked the front desk for a new pillow because the ones in the room were so flat that they were causing me physical pain, and the guy rolled his eyes at me. I was told to leave after reporting their behavior to my booking company. DON'T BOOK HERE!"

"Was a very good deal for the price, but the place does need some upkeep. It was a little disappointed in their service with regards to the shuttle. I reminded them twice and the shuttle never came. Eventually they called and got it there almost might be late getting to the airport."
