「酒店位置很遠，很難找，道路狹窄危險，單程路，上落同一條狹窄小路，非常危險，如果沒有租車，更加不要去，很遠，不近任何景點，晚上酒店沒有服務員，我們聞到一些消焦味，以為電器有問題，整晚不敢睡，十分可怕。」

「B&B (pas le grand luxe, mais propre, commode, agréable (on n'en demande pas plus!) bien situé à proximité de l'enceinte de la vieille ville avec possibilité de se garer. On s'auto-enregistre (on ne voit personne quand on arrive) mais tout est très bien organisé: message Whatsapp et feuilles d'instruction, plan de la ville, feuille de conseils (restaurants,...) Quand on voit les propriétaires (au petit déjeuner par exemple) on apprécie leur accueil et gentillesse.」

「It is a spacious, clean and elegant studio in a lovely building! The small kitchenette was perfect! The location just outside of Porta Santa Maria make exploring Lucca very convenient. The host was very helpful and friendly. I believe it was the cleanest lodging ever. Kudos to the staff and host! It is a newer building and all of the details were perfect. Parking included was a bonus. I would definitely stay there again when visiting lovely Lucca! Grazie Mille!」
