Perfect place for peaceful stay.

Location and panoramic views from the hotel were fabulous. Room wasn’t as luxurious as advertised or expected but adequate for 2 nights. Staff were lovely and nothing was too much trouble. Location was out of the way, but if you want peace and quiet then this would be the perfect place. Lots of original features, character and outside terraces gave amazing views.

Villa Sermolli is a beautiful, ultra clean, characterful property offering fabulous views and attractive, quiet terraced gardens. My siblings and I were there for 5 days of art, fine wine and dining in a most perfect location. The staff were very attentive, professional and friendly, bending over backwards to help and make our stay wonderful. I hope to return there soon with my husband to enjoy the ambience again. Highly recommend if wanting to get away from everything and enjoy relaxation and good food. The pool was an unexpected delight, a small and secluded area in one of the garden terraces, with lounging chairs and parasols, beautiful. The hotel is on a steep hill so be prepared for steps and inclines, but definitely worth it!

They messed up our booking and we had to leave after 2 days instead of 4. They did make an effort to make good by giving us a free pasta dinner and table wine, as well as a discounted drive to Luca and back. They covered the booking for 2 nights at another hotel , but it was of much lower quality and we left that hotel and got another on our own.

Det skønneste hotel og dejligt personale. Altid hjælpsomme og imødekommende. Pizza night på restaurantens udeterrasse var en meget hyggelig event med pizza bagt i egen stenovn fra 17-tallet. Stedet var meget lidt turistiseret og var en god oplevelse af Toscana👌🇮🇹 Eneste ting som man skal være opmærksom på, er stejle bakker og trappe hvis man er gangbesværet

Emplacement magnifique

Personnel de la réception au top. Les chambres pourraient être mieux achalandées, par ex machine à café, thé, frigo, vraie place de rangement pour habits. Piscine principale un peu petite, mais nous n avons pas vu l autre. Pour pouvoir manger à midi, il faut réserver à l avance, quelque peu embêtant, sachant qu il n y a pas d autre possibilité proche. Le petit déjeuner est très bien, assez de choix. Les gros points positifs sont l’environnement, le jardin magnifique,un grand BRAVO aux jardiniers, la vue exceptionnelle et la sérénité que dégage cet emplacement. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

No tenemos nada NEGATIVO que opinar. Algunas semanas antes Elisa la chica de la recepción estuvo respondiendo mis correos. Elena fue una maravilla al llegar al igual que Dina la chica del restaurant. Raul el Señor que nos trasladó de regreso a la estación. Todo es magia en este sitio la cena fue de 5 estrellas todos geniales. Lo recomiendo y lo repetiría ! .

Fint hotel, desværre dårlig modtagelse

Dejligt billigende hotel, som udgangspunkt godt sted - dog var der et par problemer: Ved indtjekning spurgte vi om vej til nærmeste skadestue, da vi havde været i et mindre sammenstød med en anden bil og skulle bruge et lægecheck. Dette blev ignoreret fuldstændig af personen i receptionen, der derudover forekom at være helt uinteresseret i at byde os velkommen. Døren blev smækket bag ham, da han havde lagt vores nøgler på værelset og sagt “ok, bye” på vej ud af rummet. Derudover holdt vores aircon op med at virke om eftermiddagen, da det var 35 grader udenfor. Det blev heldigvis løst, men igen fik vi ikke noget information og måtte selv høre receptionen efter flere timer, om de arbejdede på at ordne problemet. Restauranten serverer rigtig fin mad og personalet der er meget imødekommende. Men det generelle serviceniveau er lidt lavt ift. prisen for et værelse.

Für 5 Sterne reichts noch nicht ganz

Unterkunft, Umgebung und Leute waren sehr gut. Leider passieren beim Essen noch kleine Fehler. So versuchte man einen Wein zu dekantieren, nachdem wir diesen als schlecht bezeichnet hatten, zu retten. Um nachher zu bestätigen, dass er schlecht war, was wiederum von Grösse der Gastgeber zeugte. Auch mit Kombinationen in Gerichten gibts manchmal ein Fragezeichen. Garnelen auf rohem Gemüse und das unterlegt mit einem frischen Fruchtsalat. Wäre eine gute Idee, wenn dann nicht alles gleich schmecken würde. Die Idee muss weiter entwickelt werden. Aber alles in allem war unser 2ter Aufenthalt rundum gut und wir kommen wieder.

Specielt hotel der kun kan anbefales. Morgenmaden bliver desværre ikke fyldt op, så hvis man kommer lidt sent, er den lidt tynd. Utrolig servicemindede personale.
