The staff was very friendly and caring, service was impeccable. The food was delicious, diner and breakfast alike. We have stayed in ryokans before, in various regions in Japan. Our stay here was one of the most pleasant experiences overall. Very much recommended!"

Blackout sliding panels on the window, which also served during my cold December three-night stay to keep the room warm at night, preventing heat from radiating out from the large window.
