非常に良かったです。 駅周辺も充実しており、飲食店に困る心配なし。 大浴場も広々としていて、サウナは少し狭かったけど満足でした。 朝食のビュッフェもとても美味しかったです。 新潟駅前なので車で行くと駅前が混雑していて入車が大変でしたが、係の方がしっかりと対応してくれました。

1.ホテルの駐車場は、立体の機械式駐車場で車高低めなのでミニバン、ワゴン車、RV車は駐車できない。定型駐車場が遠いので子連れには向かない。 2.受付の方のネイルや髪の色が気になった。 3.部屋からの見晴らしは良かった。 4.部屋は清潔感もあり良かった。 5.せっかく子供のために大浴場があるホテルを選んだが、熱すぎて入れなかった。 6.朝食のスタッフの方(男性)の対応が素晴らしかった。 7.朝食が美味しかった。

ホテルそのものには文句のつけどころ無し！ 特に朝食が絶品。 強いて言えば駐車場についての説明が不足しているように思う。 提携駐車場の場所や別途料金がかかる事等。 (厳密に言えばフロントには掲載があったが、立地的にホテル前に一時駐車して見に行くわけにもいかず…) 更新の手間はあるかも知れませんがウェブサイトへの掲載を検討頂けるとありがたいです。
