Excellent service in a great town

Highly recommend the Hotel Sunroute Niigata. It is convenient to the train station with many bars, parking options and restaurants nearby. Google translate the street parking lots if you don't use the hotel garage. Some have deals with the hotel where you pay a lower rate for overnight parking. I had great service from the hotel staff who helped me with figuring that out and saving a lot of money. We really enjoyed our visit to Niigata and Hotel Sunroute was the right place for us!

The room smelled like cigarette smoke and it was very uncomfortable because of that. We will chose a different hotel next time.

Location is good, but room is old and dusty on curtains and corner areas. Can't control air-conditioning temperature, was warm and opened the window then so noisy outside.

Non smoking room… I think not

We had 2 rooms. Both non smoking but one of the rooms absolutely reeked of cigarette smoke. Unfortunately it was the room assigned to me and I suffer from asthma so I had a very difficult time breathing and sleeping was limited. Our other room had our children and it was not feasible to swap rooms. I do not know if we would consider going to siunroute again as it is very hot and miss with the rooms.

5日間宿泊しました。駅から近いので買い物も簡単にできますし、心配していた駐車場も提携駐車場が近くに沢山あり大変便利でした。コインランドリーがロビーのすぐそばにあり、パーテーションが工夫されているものの変わってるな…、と思いましたが、カフェテリアエリアの並びなのでソファやテーブルセットなどが多くあり使いやすかったです。洗濯待ちを仕事や作業などしながら近くでゆっくり待てたので大変助かりました。強いて何か不備な事をあげるとするなら、洗濯機、乾燥機が其々3台しかないので、利用者への注意喚起として、利用したままのお出掛けなどで放置しないように徹底注意して欲しいことです。少なくとも50分くらい乾燥機内に放置された洗濯物があって非常に困りましたので。

とても素敵な接客、綺麗なホテルでした。ただ、部屋のトイレ浴室が髪の毛、体毛だらけ… フロントにお伝えしすぐに新しいお部屋にして頂きましたが、そちらも多少髪の毛や体毛が落ちていました。。。 2度目は悪いと思い我慢しましたがやはり気持ち悪く滞在しています。フロントの方対応はとても良かったので清掃に力入れていただければと思います。

駅に近く買い物、食事に便利ですアメニティはフロントに設置してある場所から必要な物を自由に選べます部屋はシングル利用ですが十分な広さでベッドも快適でとても良かったです 2泊とても快適に過ごせました。
