「Accommodation in Tromsø can be expensive, but I found this to be a suitable compromise. Having a full kitchen means we could save money by not eating out. There is a supermarket directly underneath the apartment which was really convenient (just be aware it is closed on Sundays) The apartment was well equipped, there was a washing machine and dishwasher which was a nice addition. It was clean and quiet. And it is not too far to get the bus into the city centre or from the airport.」

「乾淨乾淨乾淨親切而方便的青旅，走路可達大部分的景點。用品齊全，尤其是kitchen set w的準備，非常貼心且便利。櫃檯工作熟練，英文流利，巡邏有素，善於溝通解決問題。房間空氣清新，晚間有暖氣，洗過的衣服可以快乾，非常適合流動性強的旅客。很喜歡的地方，只是有些客人進出沒有注意到關門的音量，在深夜中驚醒好幾次。可以貼出告示提醒旅客注意。」

「Brand new studio with all you need for a few days’ stay. Very nicely designed and comfortable. Only a few minutes walk from the city centre, supermarket, coffee shops. The only minus point is that the Vander app for checkin and digital key did not work for me. I never received the confirmation sms. In any case you can also check in at the self service checkin kiosk on the ground floor, and you can get your keycards from there. 」

「We have booked a two bedroom suite for our two nights in Tromsø. We were told that we have been updated to a three bedroom suite when we checked in. When the hotel staff took us to the room we realise it is actually an apartment close to 1km away from the hotel with various slopes we immediately realise that there will be issues when we check out as two of us are carrying four heavy luggages. "Disappointed stay. The worst shower among all my hotel experience with water temperature keep jumping from warm to cold every 2 seconds!! Can't sleep well as room temperature is high at night no matter how you try to adjust it. The carpet just beneath the bed is loose and we nearly fell down a number of times during our stay. Cleanliness is yet to improve as there is hair on the bed sheet when we just check in and the carpet on the corridor outside the room is full of obvious white small pieces. Room window is facing their internal structure and so can only see other rooms when we look out the window. The so-called swimming pool is just a small play pool for children. Breakfast though appear to have variety but is just limited to 100% western food without any Asian food. Overall, consider it is just a business hotel instead of a tourist hotel. As a tourist, it will be more enjoyable to choose another international branded hotel which will be more cross cultural and home felt."

"The hotel is big with lots of rooms but the rooms are arranged in a way that there are lots of corridors and it may be difficult to locate a room. Rooms are clean and stylish, with reasonable space in this expensive city. Room facilities are also good. However, staff if the reception is not helpful. We asked for their help to call taxi to go to airport on our date of departure but he seemed not willing to do so. Although he agreed to call taxi for us, we eventually waited for half an hour with no taxi coming. The staff was not willing to help us follow up with the taxi company even on our repeated requests. We eventually need to find taxi on the street on our own. Service is a big issue."
