The General Manager runs a tight ship, i would have her on my team any day, very hard worker and so is the rest of her staff. 「Lady who worked the desk over night was extremely rude and not helpful. My key every single time I left the hotel room would stop working and I had to go to the front desk multiple times to get them to reactivate it. The room didn’t have a mini fridge and they charge you a “deposit” that they won’t tell you about until you check in. I understand it’s a motel 6 and I didn’t have any expectations but come on now. They didn’t even try.」

「This was a solo backpack trip for me so I don’t mind the hotel - there was no elevator working, the floors/ ground leading to the door of the rooms were dirty and unstable as in not smooth- I personally don’t mind marijuana smoke but if you are sensitive to it you may have a problem - I will say that my room was just fine to and for me. And you can’t beat customer service - I received great communication and customer service - I felt safe despite appearances and that means a lot. I would stay...
