「This property was advertised as all inclusive, but it is not. I was very disappointed when every single meal, snack, bottle of water, etc was an extra charge. The resort will only provide a $16 credit towards daily breakfast but almost every option on their menu exceeds the $16 credit, unless you only want toast and fruit. The menu at all of the restaurants were overpriced, their food was decent, service was good at all restaurants, but every meal added to the expense for this stay. The resort...

「The staff at Grace Bay are exceptional and attentive. Special shout outs to Tiffany our personal Concierge and our Adults Pool side concierge (engineer), Yves, Both made our trip that much more enjoyable. Breakfast was an added bonus and very calming environment beachside. Lewis the night bartender at the Infinite Lounge was a great compliment to the evening drinks. Highly recommend GBC」

「Place is walking distance to the beach. However hotel pool is not a swim up bar it a circle kiddy pool next to the bar. Staff are very nice at the bar. Hotel is 2 floors no elevators for accessibility. No vending machines. Ice machine next to checkin and not available after 10pm. Food for hotel restaurant dining closes at 9pm.」

「My stay here was absolutely amazing. My family enjoyed our stay. The Tides is a small luxury lodging frfr and thats what I truly liked about it. It was so quiet. A while vibe. We stayed in the downstairs unit with the patio that opened to the pool. Now if you decide to stay this year (2026), be mindful that there is a large hotel being built behind them. The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable, but the bathroom was my favorite part. It was large, beautifully designed, and aesthetically pleasing. Special thanks to property manager Nicola, she helped us with changing our reservation to better accommodate my husband needs who is disabled. Worked out perfect!
