「Very good attitude and customer service」

「The room was in bad shape, the door handle was broken. The toilet was backed up and would not flush properly. The pool was closed for repair. We had three kids and they were looking forward to swimming. This was not an enjoyable stay. We left a day earlier because of the bad conditions.」

「Room clean breakfast was ok and they have benches in the parking to enjoy the Mountain View. However there are no amenities no pool no hot tub I could have stayed elsewhere for same price with amenities pool would have been great with this hot summer. Or at least not charge same fee as having amenities. I was very disappointed」

「I didn’t like the fact that there was no hot water, had to fight with the shower nozzle to stay up and the toilet was veryyyyyyyy short to the floor. My spouse is 6”3” and it was very hard for him to used the bathroom. What I like best was the location」
