"Our stay was pretty good. The staff was friendly and helpful. The shuttle to the airport was convenient. Breakfast was good. Only one elevator worked and was extremely slow. Sometimes had to wait 10 minutes just to get to the lobby. Several of the ice machines didn’t work so it was a pain to get ice because of the elevator. I would stay here again."

"All the staff were so nice and helpful! The room was also very clean. Something I will say is, we missed house keeping because we were still in the room so we weren’t able to get new sheets or towels. I asked the lady at reception if she could get them to go up there and she said yes. When we got back to the room are sheets weren’t changed and we didn’t have more towels.. That’s really the only thing that went wrong. Everything else about to stay was great!"

"You’re paying for the convenience of being in the heart of Midtown. Upon entering the lobby, I had a great first impression. However, as soon as I stepped into my room, I was met with a seedy vibe. The bathroom needed cleaning, and the room felt damp. I wouldn’t stay there again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone."
