「The customer service is bad」

「Very nice and convenient option for a larger group that needs more beds. Walkable to an easy train to downtown. Plenty of food options on the block. Nice Kitchen and Laundry were very useful. 」

「Our family of 4 stayed at the one bedroom apt. for 6 nights. The space is very spacious for 4 of us. King bed was very comfortable. Sofa bed was ok, cannot expect too much from a foldable sofa bed. Love the area with dining options and markets. Transportation is great, one block from train station and many local buses in the area. One little problem was the water pressure from shower was a little weak with leakage. Otherwise, we loved our stay. Very comfortable.」
