「Nice budget motel with spacious rooms, convenient parking and popular location」

「This was my second time attempting to stay at this hotel, and I had previously stayed here for a period of time, so I had a certain level of trust in this property. However, this experience was very disappointing. Due to a necessary name correction on the reservation, Expedia assisted in updating the guest name, and I presented the updated information to the front desk upon arrival. Unfortunately, due to a system synchronization delay on the hotel’s side, the updated information was not visible...

「Room stunk of cigarettes although the listing says no smoking permitted. When mentioned to staff there was no accommodations made even when I stated it was causing my asthma’s attacks. Listing stated there is parking but the lot fills up at night when mentioned to staff i had no parking I was told it was my problem. Heavy prostitution going on in this area. I do not recommend. No fridge no microwave. Save your time and money.」

「For a low budget hotel, this vastly exceeded my expectations. Upon check-in they confirmed that I had requested a non-smoking room (which was appreciated). I was expecting the musty smell and faint whiff of cigarette smoke that one associates with an older motel, but this was spotless, with new carpet, table and new chairs. Exactly what I was looking for at a very reasonable price.」

「Pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Tastefully renovated, comfy bed, and shower pressure was excellent. My only complaint is that breakfast ends at 9am on the weekends.」
