I booked two private rooms and they tried to make me share a room with another guest. I refused because I paid more to have my own room. "We were met with the most uninterested woman in the reception. Felt like she didn’t care about anything. The room was very small, there was no fan, very tiny windows (felt a bit unsafe) and there was no shower as stated in the booking. The internet was not working during our stay, and there was no safety locker in our room, nor in reception. We were like the only people staying there.
