「Wij verbleven in juni 2026 twee nachten in dit hotel. De locatie van het hotel is prima; je loopt zo het centrum van Tromsø in. Daarmee is het positieve ook wel gezegd. 「We arrived at 1.30pm and they let us checkin without extra cost. But they clean the room every fourth day. We stayed for 5d4n, but the room wasn’t cleaned, not even cleaning the trash. But we’re fine with it. There’s basically nothing in the room so make sure you bring the toothbrushes, slippers, kettle etc. The location is convenient. 「在一個寧靜的小鎮裡頭，房間可直接遙望峽灣。在寧靜的早晨，吃著手工的早餐，非常愜意。」

「完全自助check in，包含房卡的製作。房間面對港口景觀不錯，但可惜有點小，因為每次從床尾移至窗邊時都會撞到牆上的電視機；但朋友跟我一樣的房型和房價（就在我隔壁），但房間就比我的大很多，我們猜他們那間可能是可以住有使用輪椅的旅客，但是在check in時，螢幕上並沒看到有什麼特別提示。房間有標示水籠頭的水可以生飲，所以房間裡面沒有瓶裝水也沒有快煮壺，如果要喝熱水可以到一樓櫃台，而且一樓櫃台也提供免費的咖啡。第二天check out時，因為太早叫不到Uber，才發現飯店有直接叫TAXI的機器，只是我們不太會使用，後來請櫃枱人員直接幫我們打電話叫車，櫃台人員真的很熱心，不但幫我們叫 TAXI，還主動幫我到餐廳裡面裝熱水（她覺得前枱熱水瓶的水已經不夠熱了）。」

「房內燈掣鬆動，主燈無法開啟。反映後，職員表示因客滿無法更換房間，最終僅補償兩支瓶裝水，處理方式未能解決實際住宿問題。 廁所設施陳舊，洗手盤水龍頭開關異常困難，使用極為不便。 房門鎖合感應不良，需反覆用力關閉多次才能成功上鎖，對住宿安全構成疑慮。」
