「Très bon séjour, personnel très aimable, hôtel en très bon état à tous points de vue, petit déjeuner varié de très bonne qualité. Seules les chambres sont un peu petites avec les bagages, mais très confortable et avec une vue magnifique par ailleurs. Enfin, un rooftop très bien aménagé pour profiter de la vue somptueuse」

「Hotel near to the city center and the view is perfect. Easy to access. Also the food and drink provide are excellent. Not sure if it is only happens on the room 301.The wifi signal is weak and sometimes even it linked to the WiFi but can't connect to the internet.」

「The room is spacious. However, it only offers 1 cup in total for each person. Making it difficult to separate brushing and drinking. Also, the room is dark in general. The toilet’s ventilation is poor. 」

「We have booked a two bedroom suite for our two nights in Tromsø. We were told that we have been updated to a three bedroom suite when we checked in. When the hotel staff took us to the room we realise it is actually an apartment close to 1km away from the hotel with various slopes we immediately realise that there will be issues when we check out as two of us are carrying four heavy luggages. 「We arrived at 1.30pm and they let us checkin without extra cost. But they clean the room every fourth day. We stayed for 5d4n, but the room wasn’t cleaned, not even cleaning the trash. But we’re fine with it. There’s basically nothing in the room so make sure you bring the toothbrushes, slippers, kettle etc. The location is convenient. Most activity gather at the dock behind the hotel (5mins walk). But it’s kind of noisy at night as there are people at the restaurant or street downstairs...

「Lovely hotel. Loved the all day coffee and the 5-7pm waffle bar everyday. Such a good idea. Lovely staff and room was fine too. One little thing about it: not enough light. There were 2 small lights and no overhead big light. Since there is no sun at all, it would have been nice to be able to see in the room better than I did. But apart from that, lovely place」
