Its a very quaint and nice hotel. Offers breakfast in the mornings and has lounge areas. Very close to the port where i was leaving from and within walking distance of most shops and restaurants. Overall a great place to stay.

Comfortable

We were very comfortable at Enter Skansen. The hotel feels new, the room was spacious and the buffet breakfast was filling. The location is a short walk to the central attractions. Paid parking is available nearby. The only negative comment I could make is the noise of the winter car tyres managed to penetrate the double glazed windows, so we heard every car drive by.

Terrific place to stay in Tromso. Super clean, great location, nice staff. Continental breakfast is very decent with fresh bread, fruits, some meats and much more. Located just a block from the heart of town. Would easily stay here again. Great value.

I came on a solo trip to take part in the PolarNight Half Marathon, so my single room served the purpose. Perhaps consider putting a cupboard in the bathroom area where there is space for it. Apart from that, the staff are very friendly, it was clean, and the breakfast was very good.

Good location just out of the centre. Easy bus links to airport. Room was simple but didnt want for anything....couldn't get tv to work but that wasnt important. Breqkfast would benefit from hot food bit its advertised as continental so cant conplain. Staff were very friendly ans helpful. I reported shower had a leak and receptionist took a bote to sort. Would recommend and stay again

Good value for money

Room was clean and in very good condition. We got good night sleep. Location was great, hotel is close to the city centrum. Only slightly negative part about the room was dimout curtains that didn't cover the whole windows (remember to pack sleeping mask!). Parking area was small, but luckily there werent too many cars.

Basic hotel with all the necessities

A decent hotel in a great location in Tromsø. Staff on the front desk very friendly and helpful. Room basic but comfy bed, kettle and clean shower. No storage space, place to hang coats or jackets. Intermittent room cleaning. Self service breakfast - lots of things often empty if you arrive to breakfast late and delays in refilling them. Reasonable selection - bread, croissants, eggs, yoghurt, cereals, coffee, orange juice. On the whole, a reasonable stay at a reasonable price (from Tromsø).

I booked with this hotel based on price, location, and the advertisement said there was parking available. The day I was leaving on my flights, I received a call saying that my room was moved to a sister hotel. I asked for the address and they said they would send me an sms with the new information. By the time I arrived, I still had not received a sms with the new hotel info so decided to drive to the hotel. When I got there it was completely closed due to renovations, so I had to find the number that originally called me to ask for the new hotel information. The check in at the new hotel (city hotel) was easy, however the parking was an unexpected extra fee that came to over around $120 for 4 nights. Additionally, the breakfast that was included in my stay was provided at another sister hotel, so I didn’t even bother trying to make it to another sister hotel every morning. The whole experience was just inconvenient and disappointing.
