「Save your money and pick another hotel. Room was extremely outdated, bathroom door did not close. The worst part of the stay however was the constant banging noise from what we assume was a pipe in the ceiling. I barely slept through the night because of it. My husband went to complain in the morning and got only the parking fee ($15) off. What a joke. Also the night auditor who checked us in announced my room number out loud while my husband was out in the parking lot and there were other...

「La habitación buena pero mucho ruido , y las recepcionistas muy mal que me trataron, no me explicaban bien y se molestaban porque hablo inglés pero con acento , y preguntaba inquietudes del lugar y te respondían con mala forma o sea terrible la atención , si no les gusta tratar con público pues que se vayan para su casa , fueron 2 personas diferentes pero la misma manera de tratarme ( pésima ) 」

「No toiletries in bathroom, used coffee cups in room. Beach sand on beds, broken toothpick in bed, dirty wash rag still in bathtub, had to ask desk for extra towels and wash rags. No one from housekeeping came by to restock anything until the evening before we checked out, parking for hotel was advertised $23.00 dollars a night but I was charged $25.00. This place was a huge disappointment. The only thing positive to mention was the view from the room. 」
