"The heater didn't work in one room and the tub drain was clogged with hair in the other room. Maintenance staff responded promptly, was able to increase the heat to a bareable degree and provided a space heater to help increase the room temp if needed. There was an obvious drainage problem as soon as the water was turned on and it took little effort to clear the blockage. I recommend more frequent cleaning team inspections and routine inspections of the drains, faucets and appliances. The keurig coffee machines in both rooms were infrequently working properly."

"We stayed in a one bedroom suite, very roomy and comfortable. Property seems to be laid out well and close proximity to shops and trailheads in Sedona. We would consider staying here again on a return trip."

"Breakfast was not good. Big problem was a blood stain on the sheet of one of the beds. That was unacceptable. Overall condition was shabby. "

The room was a little on the simpler side, but it worked out well for our stay. The best part was the full breakfast provided each day! It was hot and delicious - a great start for any adventurer.
