「Foyer / front desk area is beautiful. Fireplace w/ coach seating for enjoying an evening. Hot tub was great. The front desk gal, Ramona ( 5 pm shift on Monday) was awesome. She was back on Tuesday morning at 5am. Great service, friendly w/ a smile. Breakfast was on time & hot. Christmas tree is up, bringing a state of cheer & spirit to the hotel 」

When we asked for nearby restaurant recommendations, she gave us a small note they had prepared in advance, which made it easy to find the places they suggested. 「The check-in experience was a bit troublesome. I arrived late at night, the front desk assigned me the wrong room, which required me to go back and forth to update my key card. After I was unable to open the door again, a staff member accompanied me upstairs and opened the room and then we found this one was already occupied. I hope this didn’t alarm the guest inside.
