「Check‑in was disappointing. Five staff members were gathered around a computer monitor and we were not acknowledged for several minutes. When we finally received attention, the key card didn’t work and we had to return to the lobby to have it reprogrammed—again, no apology. 「Fabulous view of Devils Tower. Great location, especially if you are wanting a head start on the day and prefer to beat the crowds. Family style dinner and breakfast were added benefits- fun chatting with other travelers. Will return if we're in the area again.」
