"My boyfriend and I stayed for one night and we wish we could’ve stayed longer. The cottage is beautiful! You felt right at home the second you walk in. We loved the breakfast, snacks throughout the day, and how serene it was. It’s within walking distance to everything. The hosts and staff were the kindest and funniest people. Definitely recommend if you want to stay in Provincetown, but be able to sleep at night lol"

"The Sandcastle has become my annual Cape destination. I’ve stayed here at least 6 yrs in a row. While it’s not a “luxury” hotel, it’s always clean and bright. The buildings are older and they seem to be continually working on updating the units. We usually get a queen suite. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen has what you need to prepare meals in the unit. (Note, though, that while the beds are comfy, some of the sofa beds and Murphy beds in the smaller rooms, in my experience, are not. It’s been about 3 yrs since I’ve slept on those, so it’s possible the mattresses could have been upgraded.) You can’t beat the location. The beach is on the bayside and there’s a lot of seaweed, but that seems to be an ongoing issue with any of the bay beaches. Low tide uncovers lots of sandbars and tide pools, great for long walks and shell, rock and sea glass hunting. There’s a free shuttle that goes into town every 30 min (also goes to Truro vineyard, some of the beaches and other locations). The staff is always very welcoming and friendly. Plenty of great restaurants nearby, too. You can catch beautiful sunsets there, but a quick drive to Race Point or Herring Cove allows you to watch the sun dip below the horizon for some of the most beautiful, vibrant sunsets you’ll ever see. I have no hesitation in recommending the Sandcastle for your next Cape Cod visit."
