「I found a bug on the bed of the hotel. After calling the customer service, I got a pillow at 11 p.m. an hour later. The room is not clean, and there are still paper towels used by previous guests in the trash can. Breakfast and Wi-Fi are charged separately, and mineral water is not provided in the room.」

「The room was fantastic! The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful during checkout. The room had a full fridge and kitchen with cabinets stocked with dishes. That was a little unexpected for my visit. Everything was clean. Simply a great comfortable roomto stay in, wish I could have satyed another night 」
