「Mostly a great stay. Wasn’t crowded but the pool was a little dirty on the bottom. And the bathroom door handle was broken. Didn’t really like the barn door for the bathroom」

「I didn't like the false advertisement. I was sold on the pictures online but when i actually got to the hotel and saw the room in person it was completely different. Everything looks outdated and used. Floors were also dirty. Looks more like a motel. The bathtub drain was clogged. Everytime you take a shower the water would back up above your ankles. I would not recommend staying at this hotel. I would rather pay more and get better service/facility.」

They checked us in so we could begin using the amenities right away and stored our luggage so we could park the car in the garage. Our luggage was sent to the room when it became available. 「This is the second time we have stayed at the Grand Dunes. We were there one year ago, liked the property and returned this year. It had an old time style from the lobby to the rooms. This year we found the room to be quite neglected. The items we noted were as follows: The shower door would not close and had about a 6" gap. The iron had the pointed end broken completely off.
