"The shower/bathroom fan next door was very loud and woke us up very early."

"I reserved and paid ahead for a 2 QUEEN bed room. When we arrived I noticed right away the beds seemed much smaller. I have a queen bed myself so I know how my husband and I fit on one...we laid down to be sure and there was NO WAY they were queens. We had our 3 children with us who normally fit just fine with a queen bed at other hotels/inns. I went to the office and the man at the counter said "mmm no it should be a queen what's your room number?...ya it should be a queen". Not wanting to create trouble I left it alone but regretted it because one of my kids ended up having to sleep on the hardwood floor! Im sure the beds were a double/full...my husband and I were basically falling off the edges all night as well and we are normal size people. Very disappointed and will NOT be returning. Definitely not worth what I paid."

"The setting is so peaceful. We had deer wandering through every day. The high ceilings made the room feel large. We loved having the table and chairs by the window. Spacious bathroom with only one sink. They don’t have much water pressure but you can have a nice hot shower. The location is great. It is a short drive down to the water or up into town where you can find some great dining options"

"The hotel was stylish and new with very friendly staff and great amenities. There was also a nice restaurant on-site which made it easy to dine all meals if needed or was right beside multiple restaurants within easy walking distance. I loved the dog friendliness, my 2 pups received a little welcome gift. We would definitely stay here again!"
