「We arrived one hour before checking time, there is no storage room for guest luggage, we have to pay early check-in fee for one hour. There is no flexibility. The fare I paid includes breakfast, but hotel only provide very simple breakfast set for pickup, one muffin one apple juice and one yogurt only which is far from my expectation. Overall it is a fair hotel, don't expect too much.」

「A basic room that was clean and comfortable. A little dated but great location for my needs. The adjacent restaurant was great and it is walkable to a gas station/C store, coffee shop etc. Both of the people I interacted with at the office were pleasant and efficient.」

「Booked this hotel through Expedia but when I got there, they told me I had no reservations and there were no rooms left of two beds. So I had to upgrade to a suite at $48 more money. I had the itinerary number the reservation number and everything, but they couldn’t find it very very disappointed in this hotel the staff was very rude.」

「The hotel is the vicinity of Grafton town. I feel very convenient as it is close to my company by only taking 10 mins ride. The hotel suite is so big, clean, tidy and confortable. Free wi-fi internet connection is provided, convenient for business traveler. However, the comparatively slow speed of Internet acces in that hotel should be improved. And the room along the highway seems a little bit noisy.」

「Very simple, the rooms were large and clean. Staff were helpful and friendly. There was construction going on but there was zero disturbances and I was just a couple of doors down. My dog was even comfortable. Also, there's a Culver's across the parking lot with a stairway to lead across the grass. Will definitely stay again when in town!」

「Property looked nice on the outside but it is older. Suite was a loft bedroom which didn't show online. No elevator in the hotel and my husband has a very hard time getting up steps. My husband and I slept on the sleeper sofa as it's too hard for him to get up the steps to the bedroom and the bathroom is on the lower level. 「This stay was the last checkpoint for our Midwest trip, the room itself was pretty nice, very cozy. but there are several unsatisfactory points. the pillow quality was really bad, it doesn't have a microwave. the bathroom has exhaust fans but does not work, We did contact guest service, and they did come, He looked around and told us that the bathroom itself did not have an exhaust fan.(yet there is literally a visible fan on top of them?) pretty unhappy since we had to stay there for 9 days.」
