"The place was lovely clean and tidy and the night staff was friendly and accommodating and only too taking to help, go back in a heart beat xx"

"Lovely rooms and a good location."

"Had everything we needed. Great hosts"

"Clean Room "

"Where to start, it was cheaper than most places in Newcastle but still wasn't worth what we paid. No air-conditioning, the kitchen drain smelled terrible, the toilet leaked, there were toenails in the bathroom, originally put in a two bedded room when there was 3 of us, very hot stuffy room, unable to open window properly as there was a chain lock preventing us. Beds were clean and fairly comfy."

"Clean & comforts, but there’s no table which even can’t have a simple breakfast. Have 2 sofa which are no use for us. It’s better to have a table & storage drawer."
